For Nona…her real passion is in Commercial Real Estate. This lady is not only naturally talented but also is highly skilled as a young professional.
She holds a current license to sell Real Estate, and is the only certified Eco-Broker in Springfield and Branson, Missouri areas in the United States. On top of that, she is also a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist. As a matter of fact, She has traveled in different states and countries where she has developed her skills in formulating, creating and facilitating programs during her medical career. She is also a certified kinesio-taping practitioner.
She started selling at a tender age of 12, helping her Mom close a retail deal.
When her first child was born, she decided to get her Real Estate license and one month after she started working, subsequently closing her first Real Estate deal. During her first six months of practice, she was able to sell properties that have been actively in the market for over ten years but never sold. Even during the downfall of the housing market, she pursued this career and landed continuing sales and leasing in Commercial Real Estate.
She was blessed to received personal and in-dept training with the former Commercial Advantage owner: Joanne Tubbs whose company pioneered the Commercial Real Estate market in Indiana and Chicago areas.
She has developed local and national clients across the United States. Nona had the opportunity to work with seasoned local and national Commercial Brokers. She has been known not only to possess excellent negotiation skills but also creative selling skills.
This dynamic lady also plays classical piano pieces. She has played at churches and performed at multiple recitals since she was seven years old.
She also enjoys playing ping-pong, swimming, gardening and singing with her daughter.
She like to set aside herself from other Real Estate professionals because she would like to provide consultation and use her skills in dealing with properties that concerns the preservation of the environment. She aspires to complete her certification as an International Property Specialist, as well as earn her Black belt in Kenpo Karate.
She currently supports the “ Cherish Kids “ and “Cuba missions” campaign at James River Assembly of God.
She is actively working for Uneek Real Estate, a growing brokerage which specializes in Commercial, Residential, Retail and Investment properties. This brokerage aims not only to serve clients around the Missouri areas but is also poised to grow internationally.
